We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2018, we’ve been driven by the same ideas that initially founded Searchlight Society: support, empowerment, and individualization. Our Mission
Here at Searchlight, we wanted to raise the standard of care for individuals experiencing homelessness. We believe that each person we come in contact with has the right to receive individualized care focused on their needs and goals. Therefore, we hold highly our mission statement: Combatting Homelessness One individual at a time.
Our Vision
We understand that homelessness is a multifaceted issue. There are many approaches to address the causes of homelessness. Therefore our vision is to help create a community that is equitable and just for all.
